GPA Dog Wash Fundraiser - July 27, 2008, 10 AM-Until
Bring your doggies for a clean, fun filled day and a romp in the corral with their doggie friends. Enjoy snacks, lunch and beverages while your doggies get bathed, toenails clipped, ears cleaned and a general pampering! Greyhound merchandise will be available for shoppers. Walk-ins are accommodated and APPOINMENTS are appreciated!
There wiill be foster dogs ready for adoption in attendence in addition to those with broken legs that this event helps with their recovery.
When you arrive at the McRorie's, PLEASE be reminded that the area is a residential neighborhood, and that there is NO PARKING on the streets of La Habra Heights. Park before the fork in the road (at Cypress & Mayapan). Call Joyce McHugh at 951-780-1394 to make your appointment!

The next retirement day has been scheduled for TBD. If you can help these greyhounds by fostering one, please contact Theresa at (562)335-2644 or email her at Theresa Padilla <padilla.theresa@gmail.com>. If you can help with processing these greyhounds on this day, please join us. If you are just interested, please join us to welcome these newly retired racers to their new careers as pets and therapy/service dogs. Let's make this a happy retirement day for as many hounds as we can.

Show and Tells: Come see what all the fuss is about! We have so much fun talking about our favorite subject - greyhounds! If you have never attended a show and tell before, the only things you need to bring are your hound, and a bed for him or her to lay on. We provide the rest! Most show and tells last about 3 hours, and are over before you know it. We get the majority of our applications for adoption from people who saw us at one of these events, so you can rest assured you will be doing your part in helping find homes for the beautiful hounds.
